You’ll follow training, read estimates, identify damage, and steadily gain hands-on skills to repair vehicles to pre-accident condition and ensure quality.

No experience is required; the program offers weekly pay, day-one benefits, and a Snap-On tool set after 90 days, with potential to earn $70,000+ per year after graduation.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance eligibility.
• Nice to have: Collision Vo-Tech certification (preferred).
• Ability to understand and follow instructions and training materials.

Responsibilities
