Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have a valid driver's license and eligible for Caliber's insurance.
• Nice to have: previous collision experience or Collision Vo-Tech certification.

Responsibilities

• Repair damaged vehicles to pre-accident condition using industry-approved techniques.
• Learn to read estimates, identify damage, repair vehicles, and check work for quality.
• Follow mentor guidance while training in the TAP Body Apprentice program.
