Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• No prior experience required; program teaches the rest.

Responsibilities

• Repair vehicles to pre-accident condition using approved techniques.
• Learn reading estimates and identify damage under mentor guidance.
• Follow mentor directions and check work for quality and accuracy.
