Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under Caliber's insurance policy.
• No prior collision experience required; training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Repair vehicles to pre-accident condition under mentor guidance.
• Learn and apply training materials, read estimates, and identify damage.
• Check work for quality and accuracy and follow mentor directions during TAP.
