Job summary

Caliber Collision seeks a Technician Apprentice for the Technician Apprentice Program (TAP) – Body Apprentice in Greenwood, IN. You will learn body repair techniques, follow a mentor, read estimates, and perform hands-on vehicle repairs to restore vehicles to pre-accident condition.

No experience is required; you’ll be paid weekly and receive benefits from day one. After 90 days, you’ll receive a Snap-On tool bag, and graduation opens earning potential of $70,000+ per year.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have a valid driver's license and be eligible for Caliber’s insurance policy.
• Nice to have: Collision VO-Tech certification or prior collision experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform all-purpose duties to repair vehicles to pre-accident condition.
• Follow mentor’s direction while learning to read estimates and identify damage.
• Learn and apply industry-approved repair techniques and ensure quality and accuracy.
