Caliber Collision is seeking a Technician Apprentice Program (TAP) - Body Apprentice in Bloomington to repair vehicles to pre-accident condition under mentorship. You will learn to read estimates, identify damage, and check quality while completing the program’s training and certifications.

Program offers weekly pay, benefits from day one, a Snap-On tool bag after 90 days, and a $1,000 anniversary bonus after 12 months in the body tech role post-graduation.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license and eligibility for Caliber insurance policy.
• Nice to have: prior collision experience or Collision Vo-Tech certification.

Responsibilities

• Learn to repair vehicles to pre-accident condition using industry-approved techniques.
• Follow mentor's directions while learning to read estimates and identify damage.
• Participate in TAP training and complete required certifications ensuring quality and accuracy.
