Job summary
Caliber Collision is seeking a Technician Apprentice Program (TAP) - Body Apprentice to learn to repair vehicles to pre-accident condition under a mentor. You will read estimates, identify damage, repair vehicles, and learn hands-on skills while following mentor guidance.
The program offers weekly pay, benefits from day one, a tool bag after 90 days, and a path to a body technician career with significant earning potential after graduation.
Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Have a valid driver's license and be eligible for Caliber's insurance policy.
- Nice to have: previous collision experience and/or Collision Vo-Tech certification.
- No experience required; training provided.
