Caliber Collision in Georgetown, TX is seeking a Technician Apprentice Program (TAP) - Body Apprentice to learn repair techniques and assist mentors in restoring vehicles to pre-accident condition. You will read estimates, identify damage, and practice with hands-on training.

No experience is required. You’ll be paid weekly, benefits from day one, and receive a Snap-On tool bag after 90 days. Graduates may earn $70,000+ annually in the body shop, with a path to a career for life.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license and eligible for coverage under Caliber’s insurance policy.
• Nice to have: Collision Vo-Tech certification and/or previous collision experience.

Responsibilities

• Repair damaged vehicles to pre-accident condition using industry-approved techniques.
• Follow mentor’s directions while learning to read estimates and identify damage.
• Repair vehicles and check work for quality and accuracy.
