Job summary

Caliber Collision Georgetown is seeking a Technician Apprentice Program (TAP) – Body Apprentice to learn repair techniques and perform duties to return vehicles to pre-accident condition. You’ll work under a mentor, learn to read estimates, identify damage, repair vehicles, and check work for quality.

The TAP Body Apprentice program offers weekly pay, immediate benefits, a Snap-On tool bag after 90 days, and a clear path to a career as a body technician with earning potential over $70k per year

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for Caliber’s insurance policy.
• Nice to have, but not required: Collision experience or Collision Vo-Tech certification.

Responsibilities

• Repair damaged vehicles to pre-accident condition under guidance.
• Learn to read estimates, identify damage and repair vehicles.
• Check work for quality and accuracy under mentor’s supervision.
