Qualifications

• Sufficient computer skills to access work orders and documentation.
• Physical ability to stand, lift up to 75 lbs and operate in varying weather.
• Flexibility to extend hours and adapt to shop workflows.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive initial contact with body shop customers.
• Ensure all body shop calls are handled professionally and expediently.
• Work with shop foreman to schedule repairs.
• Send professional estimates including parts and labor to customers.
• Open and close repair orders, maintaining accurate service descriptions.
• Maintain communication with customer during repair process.
