The role supports a growth-focused, in-office presence with some training and collaboration across the Personal Lines Casualty Team.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Investigates and evaluates coverage, liability, damages, and settles Bodily Injury claims directly with injured parties.
• Proactively contacts injured parties to connect, listen, and offer early settlements when appropriate.
• Identifies potential suspicious claims and refers to SIU; identifies opportunities for third party subrogation.
• Communicates with policyholders, witnesses, and claimants to gather information and advises on proper actions.
• Keeps reserves and files updated with clear documentation throughout the claim life cycle.
