Aufgaben

• Investigates and evaluates coverage, liability, damages, and settles Bodily Injury claims with injured parties within authority.
• Pursues proactive contact with injured parties to connect, listen, and offer early settlement when appropriate.
• Identifies suspicious claims and refers to SIU; looks for subrogation opportunities.
• Communicates with policyholders, witnesses, and claimants to gather information and advise on action; handles inquiries via written, phone, and SMS.
• Ensures reserves are adequate and maintains secure processing of claims.
• Keeps files updated with clear documentation through the claim life cycle.
