Job summary

West Marine in Pensacola is seeking a Sales Lead to help drive store performance. Under general supervision, you will plan, coordinate, and manage store operations while delivering high level customer service and meeting annual sales goals.

You will guide crew members, oversee front-end transactions, manage inventory, and participate in Omni-Fulfillment. The role requires flexible scheduling, leadership, and the ability to train and motivate a team to deliver an outstanding boating retail

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of related experience preferred.
• Strong sales and customer service abilities.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist in achieving annual sales and contribute to goals.
• Oversee store operations and customer service.
• Recruit, onboard, and train crew members.
• Manage front-end activities and add-on sales.
• Ensure compliance with safety and asset protection standards.
• Lead Omni-Fulfillment and oversee inventory controls.
• Perform manager-on-duty duties during shifts.
