Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is hiring a Boat Services Manager to lead the Boat Service team in our Cary, NC location. You will direct associates, schedule work orders, and ensure high levels of service, warranty processing, and inventory control.

This role supports events and promotions and improves productivity while maintaining safety. Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in retail boating with supervisory experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with inventory and POS systems.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in Retail Boating or similar industry.
• Supervisory experience is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to analyze reports and manage schedules.
• Proficiency with PC software, POS, and inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct Boat Service associates daily.
• Schedule service, rigging and warranty work orders.
• Ensure timely completion and customer satisfaction.
• Improve associate productivity and maintain safety.
• Staff service area and coordinate training and appraisals.
• Assist in events and promotions for Boat shows.
• Maintain accuracy of inventories and warranty claims.
• Deliver detailed unit deliveries in a professional manner.
