Bass Pro Shops in Bradenton, FL seeks a Freestanding Boat Services Manager to oversee the Boat Service area, including inventory control, service, warranty, rigging, delivery, detailing and parts activities.

The role supports the Boat Manager, schedules work orders, ensures timely completion, maintains safety and order, and coordinates staff training, performance reviews and events to deliver world-class customer service.

Qualificações

• 2–4 years of supervisory retail boating experience.
• Experience in service and parts operations a plus.
• Ability to schedule and coordinate service and warranty work orders.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise associates in the Boat Service area and direct daily work.
• Schedule and assign service, rigging and warranty work orders; ensure timely completion.
• Maintain safe, clean, and productive work environment; promote customer service excellence.
• Staff, train, and evaluate personnel; coordinate weekly schedules and performance reviews.
• Coordinate special events (Boat Shows, promotions) and manage inventory accuracy.
• Ensure warranty claims are created, submitted, and paid promptly.
