Bass Pro Shops Loveland is seeking a Boat Services Manager to lead the Boat Service area, supervise the team, manage service and parts workflows, and ensure accurate inventory, warranty processing and timely deliveries.

The role emphasizes customer satisfaction, adherence to safety, staff development, and collaboration with the Boat Manager to plan events and promotions. A 2–4 year background in retail boating with supervisory exposure is preferred.

Formación

• Experience: 2-4 years in Retail Boating or similar industry; Supervisory experience is a plus
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, commissions, and percentages
• Ability to read and analyze reports
• Ability to present information to groups
• Proficiency with PC-based word processing, spreadsheets, data based management and electronic point of sale and inventory management systems
• Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, customers and with the Corporate Staff

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and direct the Boat Service associates; staff the service area and coordinate training
• Schedule and assign service, rigging and warranty work orders; ensure timely customer satisfaction
• Maintain inventory accuracy for units and parts; manage warranty claims
• Ensure products are detailed and deliveries are conducted professionally
• Support events like Boat Shows and promotional activities
• Promote world class customer service and a productive team environment
• Resolve customer and associate opportunities with Boat Manager
