Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Boat Services Manager to lead the Boat Service area, directing daily activities, ensuring quality service, and maintaining inventory and warranties. You will supervise associates, schedule work orders, and promote a safe, customer-focused environment.

In this role you will staff the service area, review performance, and work with the Boat Manager on events and promotions while delivering world-class service in a busy retail setting.

Qualificações

• 2-4 years in Retail Boating or similar industry.
• Supervisory experience is a plus.
• Ability to read and analyze reports and present findings.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and direct Boat Service associates and staff.
• Schedule and assign service, rigging and warranty work; ensure timely completion.
• Maintain inventory accuracy for units and parts.
• Coordinate detail work, deliveries and customer-facing service.
