Bass Pro Shops in Cary, NC seeks a Team Leader to guide department associates in merchandising, customer service, inventory control and pricing, under the supervision of the Group Sales or Department Manager. The role involves directing daily tasks, maintaining plan-o-grams, staffing, training, scheduling, and coaching to achieve sales and service goals while ensuring a legendary shopping experience.

Strong product knowledge, supervisory experience, and ability to work with corporate directives

Formación

• Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 2 to 4 years in Retail Sales
• Supervisory experience is a plus

Responsabilidades

• Directs department associates daily on merchandising, stocking, pricing and customer service.
• Supports departmental sales, gross margin, inventory shrinkage and payroll goals.
• Prepares to-do lists and executes merchandising directives; maintains plan-o-grams.
• Staffing: interview, select, train, and schedule; coach and motivate staff.
• Ensure a legendary customer experience with needs analysis and product recommendations.
• Coordinate special events and ensure pricing/inventory accuracy
