Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Service Specialist to support the Service Department's daily operations in Rogers, MN. You will assist with unit inventory procedures, pre-delivery inspections, delivery orientation, and customer-facing service or warranty support for boats, motors, trailers, or UTVs.

Responsibilities include handling IDS data entry, processing work orders, confirming rigging and accessory mounting per work orders, and helping with parts sales as needed.

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent experience.
• Must be at least 21 years old.

Responsibilities

• Assist in Service Department operations including unit inventory procedures and PDI.
• Explain unit operation and maintenance to customers during delivery orientation.
• Assist with warranty repairs, parts sales, and IDS work orders as needed.
• Maintain accurate IDS data, work orders, and daily delivery schedules.
• Keep a clean, professional work area and provide friendly customer service.
