Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a dedicated Service Specialist to assist in all aspects of the Service Department, including inventory procedures, PDI and delivery orientations. You may also help customers with service or warranty repairs for boats, motors, trailers, or ATVs/UTVs and assist with parts sales.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, accurate data entry in the IDS dealer management system, and collaboration with the Service Manager to estimate and communicate repair progress.

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent experience.
• Must be at least 21 years old to qualify for this position.

Responsibilities

• Assist in unit inventory procedures and PDI.
• Deliver orientation to customers for new units and services.
• Assist customers with service, warranty, and parts questions.
• Verify VIN and update IDS with delivered units.
• Print daily delivery schedules and prepare for orientations.
• Explain operation and maintenance of units to customers.
• Maintain a clean and professional work area.
• All other duties as assigned.
