Bass Pro Shops in Gainesville, FL seeks a Service Specialist to assist in all Service Department operations, including unit inventory, PDI and delivery orientation. You will help customers with service or warranty repairs for boats, motors, trailers, and ATVs/UTVs, and may assist in selling parts and accessories.

The role involves greeting customers, answering questions, coordinating with Receiving and Service Managers, and ensuring accurate documentation and up-to-date unit status throughout

Qualifications

• Ability to complete simple math calculations.
• Ability to communicate in a friendly and professional manner with customers, vendors and fellow associates.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with customers, management and co-workers.
• Ability to perform various functions within Dealership Management data entry system.

Responsibilities

• Greets new unit delivery, service, warranty and parts customers promptly.
• Answers service, warranty and parts questions over the phone and in person.
• Assists Receiving with unloading, inspection and VIN verification of new units.
• Maintains unit inventory status and assists with physical inventories.
• Prints daily unit delivery schedule for orientations.
• Performs final PDI and inspects detailing of units scheduled to deliver.
