Job summary

Bass Pro Shops in Rogers, AR, is seeking a Service Specialist to assist in Service Department operations, including inventory procedures, PDI, and delivery orientation. The role may involve helping customers with service or warranty repairs for boats, motors, trailers, or ATVs/UTVs and supporting parts sales.

The position emphasizes strong customer service, coordination with the Service Manager, and accurate handling of deliveries and documentation.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform simple math calculations.
• Ability to communicate in a friendly and professional manner with customers, vendors and associates.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with customers, management and co-workers.
• Ability to perform functions within the Dealership Management data entry system.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with service, warranty and parts questions.
• Assist Receiving with unloading, inspection and VIN verification.
• Maintain unit inventory status in IDS and assist with inventories.
• Explain unit operation and maintenance procedures to customers.
• Prepare Owner’s Delivery Packet and delivery documents in advance.
