Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Service Specialist to assist in all aspects of the Service Department, including unit inventory, pre-delivery inspection, and delivery orientation. The role may involve helping customers with service or warranty repairs and supporting parts sales at the Gainesville location.

Candidates should have a high school education, be at least 21, and able to lift up to 50 pounds. Strong communication and basic math skills are required to ensure a smooth, customer-focused

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Ability to perform simple math calculations.
• Ability to communicate in a friendly, professional manner with customers and staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist in service department operations including inventory and PDI procedures.
• Greet customers for delivery, service, warranty and parts interactions.
• Answer service, warranty and parts questions in person or by phone.
• Assist with IDS work orders and coordination of repairs and parts.
