Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Service Specialist to support the Service Department operations, including inventory procedures, pre-delivery inspection, and delivery orientation. You may assist customers with service or warranty repairs for boats, motors, trailers, and UTV/ATV, and help with parts sales as needed.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, answering questions, updating IDS, coordinating with the Service Manager, and delivering accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent experience.
• Must be at least 21 years old to qualify for this position.

Responsibilities

• Assist in Service Department operations, including unit inventory procedures and PDI.
• Provide delivery orientation and explain unit and accessory operation to customers.
• Answer service, warranty, and parts questions in person and over the phone.
• Assist Receiving with unloading, inspection, VIN verification, and lot location updates.
