Bass Pro Shops in Allen, TX seeks a Service Specialist to assist in all Service Department operations, including inventory, PDI, and delivery orientation. You may help customers with service or warranty needs for boats, motors, trailers, or ATV/UTV, and may assist with selling parts and accessories.

The role supports accurate unit handling, invoices, and work orders while coordinating with the Service Manager and BA. Previous experience in a dealership environment is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent experience.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Ability to perform simple math.
• Friendly, professional communication with customers and staff.
• Experience with dealership management data entry systems (IDS).

Responsibilities

• Assist in Service Department operations and inventory procedures.
• Perform pre-delivery inspection (PDI) and delivery orientation.
• Assist with service, warranty repairs for boats, motors, trailers, or ATV/UTV.
• Support sale of parts and accessories as needed.
