Job summary

Bass Pro Shops in Rogers, MN is seeking a Service Specialist to support the Service Department operations, including unit inventory, PDI and delivery orientation. You may assist with warranty repairs, parts sales and customer questions.

The role involves VIN verification, IDS data entry, and coordinating with the Service Manager on estimates and work orders. Starting pay is posted as hourly rates with full-time benefits.

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent experience.
• Must be at least 21 years old to qualify for this position.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.
• Ability to communicate in a friendly and professional manner with customers, vendors and fellow associates.
• Ability to work with dealership management data entry system.

Responsibilities

• Assist in service department operations, inventory, PDI and delivery orientation.
• Greet customers and answer service, warranty and parts questions in person or by phone.
• Assist Receiving with unloading, inspection and VIN verification of new units.
• Update lot locations and IDS records; support daily delivery schedules.
• Explain unit operation and maintenance to customers and assist with repair documentation.
