Alora Behavioral Health is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who is passionate about delivering high-quality ABA services while maintaining a healthy, sustainable workload. This position features a 6 billable hour per day framework designed to allow time for supervision, collaboration, and careful documentation.

We offer a hybrid work model (in-person and telehealth) with a competitive salary range of $100,000–$110,000 annually, plus a sign-on and productivity bonuses.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.
• BCBA or BCBA-D certification required.
• Arizona Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) required.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight and supervision of ABA treatment programs.
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise, mentor, and support Behavior Technicians and clinical staff.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Ensure documentation meets ethical, regulatory, and compliance standards.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
