Job summary

Alora Behavioral Health in California is seeking a BCBA or BCBA-D to join our High Desert team in a hybrid or remote role that blends clinical leadership with hands-on impact. You will conduct FBAs, develop and oversee treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and train caregivers.

We offer a competitive salary of $80,000-$95,000/year, DOE, plus a monthly productivity bonus, comprehensive benefits, sign-on opportunities, and tuition discounts.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Active BCBA or BCBA-D certification.
• 2+ years of experience supporting individuals with autism or related needs.
• Strong communication, leadership, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and support onboarding.
• Develop and oversee individualized treatment and behavior support plans.
• Provide supervision, coaching, and mentorship to Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Partner with caregivers through meaningful parent training.
• Monitor progress through data-driven program adjustments.
• Maintain ethical and regulatory compliance (BACB, state, federal).
• Collaborate closely with Area Director and clinical leadership team.
• Support funding source communication as needed.
