Job summary

Alora is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) committed to ethical practice and long‑term sustainability. The role emphasizes a 6 billable hour per day workload designed for supervision, collaboration, documentation, and clinical decision‑making without excessive pressure.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.
• BCBA or BCBA‑D certification required.
• Arizona Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) must be active or in process.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight and supervision of ABA treatment programs.
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise, mentor, and support Behavior Technicians and clinical staff.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Ensure documentation meets ethical, regulatory, and compliance standards.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.

The Role

We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who is passionate about delivering high-quality ABA services while maintaining a healthy, sustainable workload. This position is structured with a 6 billable hour per day expectation, intentionally designed to allow time for supervision, collaboration, documentation, and clinical decision-making-without excessive productivity pressure.
