Job summary

Alora Behavioral Health in Apple Valley, CA, is seeking a passionate BCBA or BCBA‑D to join our High Desert team in a hybrid or remote role that blends clinical leadership with hands‑on impact.

You will conduct FBAs, develop treatment plans, supervise RBTs, mentor staff, and partner with families while maintaining regulatory compliance and delivering high-quality ABA services.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Active BCBA or BCBA‑D certification.
• 2+ years of experience supporting individuals with autism or related needs.
• Strong communication, leadership, and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and support onboarding.
• Develop and oversee individualized treatment and behavior support plans.
• Provide supervision, coaching, and mentorship to Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Partner with caregivers through parent training.
• Monitor progress through data-driven program adjustments.
• Maintain ethical and regulatory compliance (BACB, state, federal).
• Collaborate with Area Director and clinical leadership team.
• Support funding source communication as needed.
