Job summary

Alora Behavioral Health, a long-standing ABA provider in Denver, seeks a BCBA or BCBA-D to join our team in a hybrid or remote capacity. The role blends clinical leadership with hands-on supervision of therapists and programs.

In this position you will conduct FBAs, oversee treatment plans, mentor RBTs, train caregivers, and ensure compliance with BACB and state/federal standards. We offer a competitive salary with a monthly productivity bonus and generous benefits.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Active BCBA or BCBA‑D certification required.
• 2+ years of experience supporting individuals with autism or related needs.
• Strong communication, leadership, and time‑management skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and support onboarding.
• Develop and oversee individualized treatment and behavior support plans.
• Provide supervision, coaching, and mentorship to Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Partner with caregivers through meaningful parent training.
• Monitor progress through data‑driven program adjustments.
• Maintain ethical and regulatory compliance (BACB, state, federal).
• Collaborate closely with your Area Director and clinical leadership team.
• Support funding source communication as needed.
