Job summary

Alora Behavioral Health is seeking a BCBA/BCBA-D to lead clinical and supervisory efforts in a Twenty-Nine Palms, CA hybrid/remote setting. The role blends hands-on leadership with supervision of staff and direct client work, offering mentorship, growth, and a supportive clinical culture.

You will oversee FBAs, treatment plans, and data-driven progress while collaborating with caregivers and the Area Director to ensure ethical, compliant service delivery.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or related field
• Active BCBA or BCBA-D certification
• 2+ years of experience supporting individuals with autism or related needs
• Strong communication, leadership, and time-management skills

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and support onboarding
• Develop and oversee individualized treatment and behavior support plans
• Provide supervision, coaching, and mentorship to RBTs
• Partner with caregivers through parent training
• Monitor progress through data-driven program adjustments
• Maintain ethical and regulatory compliance (BACB, state, federal)
• Collaborate with Area Director and clinical leadership
• Support funding source communication as needed

• Collaborate closely with your Area Director and clinical leadership team
• Support funding source communication as needed
