Broughton Group is seeking a passionate BCBA or BCBA-D to join our San Diego team in a hybrid or remote role that blends clinical leadership with hands-on impact. Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCBA-D certification.
• 2+ years of experience supporting individuals with autism or related needs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and support onboarding.
• Develop and oversee individualized treatment and behavior support plans.
• Provide supervision, coaching, and mentorship to Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Partner with caregivers through meaningful parent training.
• Monitor progress through data-driven program adjustments.
• Maintain ethical and regulatory compliance (BACB, state, federal).
• Collaborate closely with the Area Director and clinical leadership team.

What You’ll Do (Clinical + Leadership Impact)

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and support onboarding

• Provide supervision, coaching, and mentorship to Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
• Partner with caregivers through meaningful parent training

• Support funding source communication as needed

What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or related field
• Active BCBA or BCBA-D certification
• 2+ years of experience supporting individuals with autism or related needs
• Strong communication, leadership, and time management skills
