Job summary

Alora is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Arizona who is committed to delivering high-quality ABA services with a healthy, sustainable workload. The role features a structured 6 billable hours per day, allowing time for supervision, collaboration, documentation, and clinical decision-making without excessive pressure.

This position emphasizes ethical practice, clear expectations, and long-term career sustainability within a supportive clinical team.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or related field is required.
• BCBA or BCBA-D certification is required.
• Arizona Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) is required or in process.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight and supervision of ABA treatment programs.
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise, mentor, and support Behavior Technicians and clinical staff.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Ensure documentation meets ethical, regulatory, and compliance standards.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.

Our Clinical Model

Key Responsibilities
