Job summary

Total Care ABA is seeking a licensed BCBA to lead in-home and clinic-based ABA therapy throughout Arizona. This full-time, fully remote role requires you to reside in Arizona and hold a current BCBA certification.

You will supervise RBTs and therapists, interview clients, prepare individualized reports, design skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs, and review data in Central Reach to guide treatment decisions.
