Total Care ABA is seeking a BCBA to join our Arizona team in a fully remote role. You will supervise and guide RBTs and Therapists, conduct client interviews, and design treatment programs to promote skill acquisition and reduce challenging behavior.
You’ll also review data in Central Reach, prepare individualized reports, and participate in quarterly competency assessments. A current BCBA certification is required, and residents of Arizona are preferred to align with state-based practice

$90,000-$100,000 (based of off experience)
