Job summary

Total Care ABA is seeking a BCBA to supervise RBTs and oversee ABA treatment programs in a fully remote role based in Arizona. The candidate will conduct client interviews, prepare reports, and design skill acquisition and behavior reduction plans to support children and families.

Ideal candidates hold BCBA certification, reside in Arizona, and have experience analyzing data via Central Reach. The role offers competitive compensation for remote work in the AZ region.
