Job summary

Total Care ABA is seeking a BCBA in Arizona for a fully remote role. You will supervise RBTs and therapists, conduct client interviews, and develop individualized treatment programs to improve clients' skills and reduce challenging behaviors.

As a BCBA, you will analyze data from Central Reach, perform quarterly competency assessments, and collaborate with the team to ensure high-quality in-home or clinic-based ABA services across Arizona.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Must reside in Arizona.

• Design and oversee skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs
