Job summary

Total Care ABA is seeking a BCBA to supervise and advance in-home and clinic-based ABA programs across Arizona.

This fully remote role requires you to reside in Arizona, hold BCBA certification, and contribute to high-quality client outcomes while accessing strong support and a competitive compensation package.

• Must Reside in Arizona.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide RBTs/Therapists in implementing treatment plans.
• Conduct client interviews and prepare individualized treatment reports.
• Design and oversee skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs.
• Conduct quarterly competency assessments.
• Review and analyze behavior and skill acquisition data through Central Reach.
