Total Care ABA in Arizona is seeking a licensed BCBA to lead in‑home and clinic ABA services with a focus on quality and impact. This fully remote role requires coordinating care, supervising therapists, and maintaining rigorous program design and data review to support children and families across the state.
You will conduct client interviews, prepare individualized reports, and design skill acquisition and behavior reduction plans, using Central Reach for data analysis and progress tracking.
Must hold a current BCBA Certification
Must Reside in Arizona
Fully Remote
$90,000-$100,000 (based of off experience)

Supervise and guide RBTs/Therapists in implementing treatment plans
Conduct client interviews and prepare individualized treatment reports
Design and oversee skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs
Conduct quarterly competency assessments
Review and analyze behavior and skill acquisition data through Central Reach
