Total Care ABA in Arizona is seeking a licensed BCBA for a fully remote role. You will supervise RBTs, conduct client interviews, and design behavior analytic programs to improve client outcomes across families within the state.
Based in Arizona, you will work with families using Central Reach for data analysis and quarterly competency assessments, while maintaining high standards of professional collaboration and client care.
Must hold a current BCBA Certification

$90,000-$100,000 (based of off experience)

Supervise and guide RBTs/Therapists in implementing treatment plans
Conduct client interviews and prepare individualized treatment reports
Design and oversee skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs
Conduct quarterly competency assessments
