Job summary

Total Care ABA is seeking a BCBA to supervise RBTs and therapists in delivering in-home and clinic-based ABA programs across Arizona. This fully remote role requires you to reside in Arizona and hold current BCBA certification, with compensation in the $90,000–$100,000 range based on experience.

You will design and oversee skill acquisition and behavior reduction plans, supervise staff, conduct client interviews, and compile individualized treatment reports.
