Job summary

Total Care ABA is seeking a licensed BCBA to lead in-home and clinic-based programs in Arizona. This fully remote role requires residing in AZ and involves supervising RBTs, conducting client interviews, and designing behavior reduction plans.

You'll review data in Central Reach, conduct quarterly competency assessments, and prepare individualized treatment reports. This position offers competitive salary and a supportive team environment in Arizona.
