Job summary

Total Care ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead supervision of RBTs and implement individualized ABA programs across clients in Arizona. This remote role offers autonomy while working within a supportive team that prioritizes evidence-based practice.

You will design skill acquisition and behavior reduction plans, review data, and prepare treatment reports. Must reside in Arizona and hold BCBA certification.

• Supervise and guide RBTs/Therapists in implementing treatment plans
• Conduct client interviews and prepare individualized treatment reports
• Design and oversee skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs
• Conduct quarterly competency assessments
• Review and analyze behavior and skill acquisition data through Central Reach
