Job summary

Total Care ABA is seeking a BCBA to supervise RBTs and guide treatment plans in a fully remote role across Arizona. The position offers competitive pay and extensive support to help you make a meaningful impact in children’s lives and their families.

You will conduct client interviews, prepare individualized reports, design skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs, and review data in Central Reach.

• Must hold a BCBA Certification.
• Must reside in Arizona.

• Supervise and guide RBTs/Therapists in implementing treatment plans.
• Conduct client interviews and prepare individualized treatment reports.
• Design and oversee skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs.
• Conduct quarterly competency assessments.
• Review and analyze behavior and skill acquisition data through Central Reach.
