Total Care ABA is seeking a BCBA to join our fully remote team, supporting in-home and clinic-based ABA therapy across Arizona. You will supervise RBTs and therapists, design treatment plans, and prepare detailed reports ensuring quality outcomes for children and families.

• Supervise and guide RBTs/Therapists in implementing treatment plans
• Conduct client interviews and prepare individualized treatment reports
• Design and oversee skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs
• Conduct quarterly competency assessments
• Review and analyze behavior and skill acquisition data through Central Reach
