Total Care ABA is seeking a BCBA to lead remote supervision of RBTs and therapists across Arizona. The role supports treatment plans, data reviews, and program design to help children and families thrive.

This full-time, remote position requires residency in Arizona and a current BCBA certification, with salary range $90,000–$110,000 based on experience, plus extensive support and competitive compensation.

• Supervise and guide RBTs/Therapists in implementing treatment plans.
• Conduct client interviews and prepare individualized treatment reports.
• Design and oversee skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs.
• Conduct quarterly competency assessments.
• Review and analyze data using Central Reach.
