Job summary

Therapy Smarts, Inc. is seeking a leader-level Behavior Analyst to join our ABA program within an established multi-disciplinary clinic in North Carolina.

This role requires active NCTracks enrollment, NC Licensure, and BCBA certification, with 3+ years in ABA and supervisory experience preferred. You will design and oversee ABA and parent training, supervise the Autism Service Team, and collaborate across clinics, schools, and centers.

Qualifications

  • Must hold an active NCTracks provider enrollment.
  • Must have a license from the North Carolina Behavior Analyst Licensure Board (NCBALB).
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of ABA experience including intervention development and implementation for children and adolescents.
  • 1 year with BT or RBT supervisory experience preferred.
  • Experience in training, mentoring and supporting a team in an intensive treatment environment preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Build and design a comprehensive ABA and parent training program for young children and adolescents.
  • Oversee clinic operations to ensure efficacy and efficiency of service delivery.
  • Foster a positive team culture and support agency morale.
  • Supervise and mentor the Autism Service Team, including performance planning and evaluations, and monitoring progress.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure integrated care.

We are looking for a leader and an experienced Behavior analyst to join our ABA program in an established multi-disciplinary clinic. Due to state billing requirements, candidates for this remote position must hold an active individual provider enrollment with NC Medicaid (NCTracks).

  • Must have obtained a professional license from the North Carolina Behavior Analyst Licensure Board (NCBALB)
  • Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the field of ABA, including comprehensive intervention development and implementation for children and adolescents, required
  • 1 Year with BT or RBT supervisory experience, preferred
  • Experienced in training, mentoring, and supporting a team in an intensive treatment environment is preferred
