Achivements ABA Therapy seeks a dedicated BCBA to lead clinical excellence across North Carolina, Georgia, and Arizona. You will oversee individualized treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and conduct parent training in in-home, daycare, and school settings.

Join our back-office supported team to focus on clinical care while maintaining HIPAA and BACB compliance. This role offers part-time and full-time flexibility with competitive hourly compensation.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA Certification from BACB.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience in treatment planning, supervision, and parent training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans tailored to client goals.
• Provide remote or in-person clinical supervision to RBTs, ensuring ethical and effective care.
• Conduct remote or in-person parent training sessions.
• Attend team meetings to ensure collaboration and continuity of care.
• Work across home, daycare, and school settings to provide seamless support to clients.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA, BACB guidelines, and company policies.

Job description

We are seeking a dedicated and goal-driven BCBA looking to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children with autism and their families.
The position includes responsibilities such as treatment planning, remote or in-person clinical supervision, parent training, assessments and team meetings. Our services are delivered in-home, in daycares, and in schools across North Carolina, Georgi, and Arizona, providing flexibility and opportunities to connect with clients in their everyday environments.
At Achievements ABA Therapy, you'll be able to focus entirely on clinical excellence, while our dedicated back-office team handles administrative tasks to support your success.
Compensation: $90.00 - $115.00 per hour contingent on experience

• Bilingual A Plus, though not required!
• Must have North Carolina LBA or be in process to obtain North Carolina LBA!
