Job summary

Therapy Smarts seeks a leader and experienced Behavior Analyst to join our ABA program in a multi-disciplinary clinic. A minimum of 3 years in ABA, NC licensure, and BCBA certification are required; supervisory experience is preferred.

The role includes building ABA and parent training programs, overseeing clinic operations, and mentoring the Autism Service Team in a collaborative environment. Hybrid work schedule with three days in clinic and two remote, during weekdays.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of ABA experience including intervention development for children/adolescents.
  • Must hold licensure from the NC Behavior Analyst Licensure Board (NCBALB).
  • BCBA certification required or preferred in leadership role.

Responsibilities

  • Build and design a comprehensive ABA and parent training program for young children and adolescents.
  • Help oversee clinic operations to ensure efficacy and efficiency of service delivery.
  • Foster a positive team culture and support agency morale.
  • Supervise and mentor the Autism Service Team, including performance planning and supervision progress.
  • Collaborate with other team members.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the field of ABA, including comprehensive intervention development and implementation for children and adolescents, required
  • Must have obtained a professional license from the North Carolina Behavior Analyst Licensure Board (NCBALB)
  • Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst
  • 1 Year with BT or RBT supervisory experience, preferred
  • Experienced in training, mentoring, and supporting a team in an intensive treatment environment is preferred

Essential Job Functions

  • Supervise and mentor the Autism Service Team, including establishing performance expectations, developing supervision plans, conducting performance evaluations, and monitoring program progress and productivity.
  • Collaborate with other team members.
Setting/Schedule
  • Hybrid position - 3 days in clinic, 2 remote (eligible after three months)
